Rural City of Wangaratta invites tender submissions for the supply and delivery of an Organics Decontamination Vacuum Air Separator Unit tenders must comply in all respects with the conditions of tendering.

The scope of this project is to supply an ‘Organics Decontamination Vac/Air Separator Unit’ as specified in the statement of requirements. The price submitted should satisfy specified tender requirements and shall be valid for 60 days.

The general scope can be seen below:

• Supply and commission a ‘Decontamination Vac/Air Separator Unit’ based on the statement of requirements suitable for the application described.
• State the requirements for Council for the proposed design (recommended mounting configuration for T60, vacuum hood clearances required for windsifting compost).
• Supply of equipment to site (Wangaratta Organics Processing Facility).
• Comissioning of ‘windsifter/vacum’.
• Onsite staff training.
• Warranty and technical support for one (1) year, from the date of commissioning.
• Supply OH&S documentation (including SOP’s) and equipment risk assessment.

Submissions

All responses must be lodged via this online e-Tendering Portal; submissions received via any other means (including hardcopy) will not be accepted, nor considered. Incomplete and late submissions will also not be considered.

Tenderers must allow sufficient time to upload and submit all documentation, as the e-Tendering system will automatically lock at the Closing Date and Time preventing partially submitted responses from being completed.
