Council is calling for tenders for the sale of land known as Lot 404 on B2671 and Lot 405 on B2671, Mulligan Street, Boulia.

Conditions of Sale are as follows:

• The blocks are to be amalgamated by the successful Tenderer (at no cost to Council).

• A survey for an access easement across the rear of lots L404/B2671 and L405/B2671 (to Council's requirements) be undertaken and registered by the successful Tenderer (at no cost to Council).

In accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Regulation 2012, Council reserves the right to later invite all Tenderers to amend their tenders to take account of any changes to the tender specification. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.

Tenders close Friday, 1st December 2023 at 2.00 pm.
