Tender Description
The Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) has an ongoing requirement across business units to access Mail House services, to provide a range of services associated with the production of printing and mailing of items. It has been identified that several business units within the department currently have individual contracts for Mail House services to meet their specific requirements. However, these contracts are approaching their expiration dates. To improve organizational efficiency and streamline processes, it has been determined that consolidating these services across the entire department is necessary.
It is intended that the proposed base term of the contract is three (3) years.
