Tender Description
Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) is seeking external providers to design and deliver a multi-modal learning program. This program will introduce new staff to Australian military history, the history and purpose of DVA, an understanding of their clients and the challenges they face, and skills for empathetic client interactions while maintaining self-care and resilience.
The scope of work involves developing a comprehensive learning program for DVA staff and team leaders, focusing on the purpose and history of DVA, client challenges, and essential skills for effective interaction. The program must consider scalability, flexibility, longevity, and timing, and include error-free training materials such as SCORM files, slide decks, workbooks, and facilitation guides. A pilot session of facilitated elements is required, with subsequent amendments based on feedback, and self-paced elements must be compatible with DVA's LMS.
