TENDER NO. RFT02-2324 FLOOD RECOVERY MINOR WORKS WITHIN THE SHIRE OF MORAWA ASSOCIATED WITH DRFA-WA ACTIVATED EVENT AGRN1021.

The Shire of Morawa (Shire) invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced civil contractors for the supply of civil works plant, equipment and labour to undertake flood restoration work associated with the DRFA-WA activated event, AGRN 1021 Flooding in the Mid-West and Gascoyne Regions (26 March - 3 April 2022).

Suppliers meeting the requirements of the tender specification are invited to apply. The contract will be in the form of a Principal-administered Minor Works contract AS4906-2002 with works undertaken on a schedule of rates basis under the supervision and direction of the Shire.

To be considered, tenders must be received prior to the tender deadline and uploaded to Core Business Australia's tendering Portal.

Late tenders will not be accepted. Facsimile or hard copy tenders will not be accepted.

The Shire of Morawa does not intend to submit a tender.

Deadline for tender submissions is 2.00pm WST, Tuesday, 21st November 2023.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
