Yallingup Steiner School’s Grounds Contract is available for tender, to start at the beginning of 2024.

Duties involved with this contract include:

Management of lawns including:

• Lawn mowing, edging, fertilising, weeding and reticulation

• Reticulation management including pump and water monitoring

Grounds management including:

• Ensuring the grounds and exterior of buildings are clean and safe for use

• Blowing, raking of sandpits, pressure washing and leaf litter management

• General upkeep of Carbunup Hall Playgroup grounds

The successful applicant/s must have:

• Public Liability insurance, equipment and machinery

• The ability to work within confines of a yearly budgeted expense account

• Excellent communication skills and a cheerful disposition

• Current working with children card

Projected hours estimated at 12 hours per week.
