4.0 Network upgrades Hardware

5.0 User Hardware provision and management

6.0 Operating Systems and Software upgrades & management

7.0 UPS and Data Backups and Disaster Recovery ICT Managed

8.0 Ongoing Services

9.0 AV & Telephony solutions (optional module).
