Tender Description

Tenders are invited and will be received untill Monday 4th December 2023 at 4pm (WAET) for the Cleaning of Northam Townsite Public Buildings, please see tender package. The contract is for an initial period of three (3) years with an option for one (1) two (2) year extension at the Principal’s discretion.

There will be two opportunities for a NON MANDATORY Site Inspection:

• Tuesday 14th November at 10am and

• Tuesday 21st November at 10am.
