Tender Description
Post Expression of Interest and Tendering, the final selected Supplier is required to provide the following:
a) Provide inputs into the layout of a laboratory that meets the technical and environmental requirements for the analysis required.
b) Fit-out and commission of the equipment in the laboratory.
c) Provide all personnel, plant, equipment, systems, and procedures.
d) Operate and manage the laboratory with respect to the following:
(i) Analyse the process plant and grade control assays.
(ii) Samples collection and analysis of the online size analyser and online stream analyser calibration.
(iii) Manage the safe operation of the laboratory and hazardous chemicals.
(iv) Manage all the ordering of the consumables.
(v) Provide monthly QA/OC reports.
e) Provide an Employee Relations Management Plan (ERMP) for the management of employees.
f) Work closely with ECMP and the Traditional Owners of the land, the Kalkadoon people to maximise opportunities for employment and training development.
g) Undertake the works in accordance with the ECMP Safety and Health
Management System and all of its provisions in accordance with the Mining and Quarrying Safety and Health Act and Regulations.
