Inflow monitoring in the Mt Buller sewerage treatment plant has identified increased flows beyond expected sewerage flows. Investigation works have been conducted identifying leacking manholes. The Resort is seeking a contractor to undertake works to rectify these leaking manholes.

Works specification - General

1. The Contractor shall supply all materials and plant required to deliver the works specified in this document.
2. The contractor shall confirm all relevant site measurements prior to commencing fabrication and construction.
3. Any waste materials, including but not limited to, excess concrete post pour, must not be disposed of on site. The contractor shall be responsible for disposal of any excess or waste materials.
4. All concrete works shall be in accordance with the Concrete Specification attached in Appendix 1.

2. Scope of Works - including types of covers to be replaced, description of works at each site an the new lid type

Submissions are due 5pm, Friday 8 December 2023.

Responses must be lodged by email to tenders.mtbuller@alpineresorts.vic.gov.au. The AR will not accept responses received by any other means including hard-copy responses.

Work may commence from 18 December 2023. In order for the resort to monitor the impact of the above rectification works on the flows in the STP prior to the 2024 snow season, the works are required to be complete by 1 March 2024.
