Tender Description
- Demonstrated experience as lead consultant providing similar services on similar programs for any of Package A, B, C, D, or E;
- Experience or expertise associated with Chemical, Biological, Radiological or Nuclear (CBRN) defense;
- Experience or expertise associated with security related programs;
- Consultant lead has demonstrated relevant expertise and appropriate backup in proposed team
- Resource capacity and demonstrated stability of consultant's workforce;
- Financial capacity to deliver the Services; • Acceptable insurance coverage and levels including Professional Indemnity;
- Note: Tenderers may confirm willingness to provide $50m Professional Indemnity coverage and provide evidence of current Professional Indemnity coverage at no less than $20m;
- Past performance; • SCEC qualified security consultants (Package C); and • Ability to manage and engage with classified documentation, and personnel with appropriate clearances.

Timeframe for Delivery:
- ANSTO EOI Assessment in December 2023
- Shortlist nomination in December 2023
- Sign the ANSTO Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- Site Visit and Industry Briefing to Shortlisted Tenderers late January 2024
- Confirmation of participation by each Shortlisted Tenderer in January 2024
- Request for Tender (RFT) issued in February 2024 (refer to Tender Stages).
- Contract award March to April 2024.
