Summary
Cushman & Wakefield acts as an Agent to School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) Western Sydney Region and seeks to engage Local Contractors for the provision of proactive maintenance services to public school assets in the region.
The focus is on the engagement of Local Contractors based as close as possible to the schools they service, ideally within 30 minutes or 50 kilometers. If you or your business can self-deliver proactive maintenance services to schools in this region, we welcome your participation in this process.
Local Contractors are being sought to provide the following proactive services:

Service 3 Fume Cupboards
Service 15 Mechanical Services

Service 8 Water Filtration Systems and Potable Water Storage Tanks
Service 10 Backflows and Thermostatic Mixing Valves
Service 11 Pumping Stations
Service 12 Grease and Clay Arrestors
Service 13 Gas Lines, Manifolds, Flame Arrestors, Gas Ovens/Stoves and Heaters
Service 14 Gas Storage
Service 17 Eye Wash Units and Safety Showers
Service 19 Roof and Gutter Cleans, Stormwater Pits, Strip Drains and Closed/Charged Systems

Service 1 Safety Systems
Service 2 Motor Driven Doors
Service 4 Workshop Equipment (including Kilns)
Service 5 Suspended Backboards
Service 18 Pools, Hydrotherapy Pools, and Spas
Service 24 Pest Control

Enquiries
Request for Information (RFI) should be directed via the online forum no later than the RFI Closure date below. Cushman & Wakefield and SINSW personnel are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. Verbal, or emailed RFIs will not be accepted.
Submissions
Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
