Sutherland Shire Council are seeking suitably qualified Builders as Principal Contractor to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the new Library/Technology Hub at Kirrawee Village.

This EOI is for the selection of the preferred list of builders who will be issued with the tender documents to price the design finalization, construction fit-out, handover and 12 months defect liability period of the new Library. The tender documentation will be developed to 75% and use a ‘design and construction’ contract which will be issued to the shortlisted builders selected as a result of this EOI.
