The contract is for the supply and delivery of sealing aggregates as required by the Shire for various road sealing and resealing work throughout the Shire over a two-year period being the 2023/24 and 2024/25 financial years.

The Contractor is responsible for all activities required to source, supply and deliver suitable aggregates conforming all requirements of the specification within this RFT including, but not limited to:

• Identifying and sourcing suitable aggregate materials.

• Working with the Principal to coordinate the supply of the requested volumes of conforming aggregates in a timely fashion meeting the Shire’s delivery requirements.

• All work required for the delivery of the sealing aggregates to locations within the Shire of Northampton as directed by the Shire.
