Tender Description

GeelongPort Pty Ltd (GeelongPort) wishes to receive tenders from contractors for the resealing of asphalt pavement around Lascelles Weighbridge Entry and Lascelles 2.

The scope of work is as described within this Request for Tender (RFT) (including any drawings and specifications) and includes but is not limited to:

  • - Procurement and organisation of all permits required to complete the works in accordance with GeelongPort's Contractor Management Procedure and all relevant authorities.
  • - Coordinate with relevant authorities for all inspection.
  • - Provision of traffic management personnel during the works.
  • - Profile, remove and dispose of existing asphalt layer,
  • - Perform earthworks as required to repair potholes and soft areas,
  • - Placement of new asphalt wearing course,
  • - Erect all necessary safety barriers, fences and safety signage,
  • - Undergo GeelongPort Pty Ltd Safety & Security Induction,
  • - Supply of all plant and equipment to complete the project,
  • - Provide all other consumables required to complete the project,
  • - Provision of all protection and procedures for the safe execution of the project.
