Tender Description
Sunshine Coast Council is seeking an experienced contractor to deliver the construction of a seawall and associated foreshore improvement works located along the Esplanade, Golden Beach.
Works include, but are not limited to;
• Removal of existing dilapidated rock seawall;
• Construction of grouted rock seawall (approximately 80 lineal metres)
• Installation of ‘living seawall’ tiles;
• Construction of pathway and secondary slabs;
• Construction of pedestrian barrier rail; and
• Raising of parkland and associated existing hardscape assets.
