Tender Description
VU is seeking to select a contractor to undertake the preventive maintenance program for the Plumbing, Hydraulic, and Drainage service systems installed at Victoria University, in accordance with relevant legislation and industry regulations.
This program will encompass regular inspections, maintenance, and repair services to minimize the risk of plumbing, hydraulic, and drainage system failures, optimize system performance, and maintain a safe and compliant plumbing, hydraulic, and drainage infrastructure. In addition to preventative maintenance, the Contractor shall also offer corrective maintenance and 24/7 call-out services.
