Port Authority is seeking 'anchor tenant(s)' undertaking maritime, blue economy and / or port-related uses at the Premises.

Port Authority's vision is that LP's for White Bay will align with the economic and social aspects of the current and future Bays Port vision under the Place Strategy and the BPP, driving new investment into the port and creating employment opportunities.

The Opportunity invites tenants to submit an LP for the occupation of:

- WB3 in full (being approx. 11,100m2):

- WB4 in full (being approx. 19,720m2):

- Part of either WB3 or WB4 (i.e., Respondent can nominate sqm proposed); or

- Both WB3 and WB4 in full (approx. 30,820m2).
