Tender Description
The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for a comprehensive review and redesign of the mission-critical Triple Zero (000) telephony solutions used by the Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS). It includes architecture, design, integration, redundancy, availability, scalability, security, roadmapping, and technology recommendations.
Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:
- Assessment of the current Triple Zero (000) environment
- High-level and detailed technical architecture aligned to QAS needs
- Integration designs with existing QAS systems like CAD, radio, logging etc.
- Redundancy, availability, scalability, and security designs
- Hardware and software specifications, configurations and sizing
- Testing, training, support and maintenance plans
- Cost analysis and compliance matrix
- Evaluation and recommendation of suitable solutions/technologies
- Detailed specifications and documentation
It does not include actual implementation, hardware/software procurement, network installation, systems integration, data migration, training delivery, long-term support, custom development, organisational change management, or licensing costs.

- Submit a response by 2pm 11 December 2023.
