Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN (the PHN) is undertaking a competitive, open-market tender to identify a preferred provider (The Provider) to deliver a system that can support data collection, monitoring, and reporting for use across all PHN-commissioned health services (mental health and other services).

Through this tender, the PHN is seeking a provider that can offer a secure and robust system that satisfies all current data collection and reporting requirements. Further, the PHN seeks a Provider with expertise and appropriate capacity to partner with the PHN and commissioned service providers to drive performance, innovation, and continuous quality improvement through data analysis and insights, in a context of national and local programmatic evolution and data maturity.
