Flinders University's (the University) Information and Digital Services (IDS) area is seeking to implement a stepped change in how it manages the continuous development and maturity of its data and analytics platform and capability.

The data and analytics capability of the University underpins evidenced-based decision making, supports key operations and ensures that the University understands its performance drivers. IDS recognises that the world of IT is rapidly evolving, and that the engagement of trusted partners is an important element in managing and maintaining a progressive data and analytics capability that can keep pace with the needs of the University.

We are also focused on ensuring our staff continue to build their knowledge and expertise, and that we use our partners to support the development and knowledge building of our staff, and ensure that all relevant knowledge is ultimately understood, managed, and maintained within the University environment.

As such in this context, the University is seeking third-party organisation to provide managed services for a fixed duration to maximise the use of data to deliver value, supervise ongoing operational maintenance in terms of performance, availability, and service levels as well as augment in-house talent and support capitalising on technology advancements of data and analytics capability.

Suppliers will be offered a 4-year contract consisting of an initial 2-year fixed term plus a 2-year extension option, commencing from April 2024.
