The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals to replace the retiring Student Placement Online Tool (SPOT) with a new clinical placements management system. The system will support clinical placements for paramedicine students from Queensland universities and other agencies at QAS.

A Software-as-a-Service solution will be implemented for managing placement requests, records, scheduling, feedback, reporting, messaging and notifications. The supplier will migrate data from the existing system and implement one of three pre-selected solutions -

InPlace.

The system will provide core capabilities for users while giving QAS overall oversight of planning and compliance. It will be secure, scalable, and locally hosted, with a focus on effective data migration, training, documentation and ongoing support.

The goal is a seamless transition with minimal disruption to clinical placements. The solution will position QAS for the future through long-term partnership under a QITC Comprehensive agreement.

1. Read and complete the all attached documents including all four (4) ITO response schedules and the Draft QITC contract;
2. Submit any requests for clarifications before 12pm Monday 11 December 2023; and
3. Submit a response by 2pm Monday 18 December 2023.
