Acceler Project Management are calling for Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified building contractors for the Design & Construction of a 35-unit social housing project, spread across 3 levels.
To be considered for this EOI you must have:
1. Experience in delivering design & construction Social Housing & Government funded projects
2. Availability to tender the project commencing early February 2024
3. Safety, Environmental and Quality management systems (prefer 3rd party certified)
4. Recent experience delivering comparable projects preferably on the Sunshine Coast
5. Suitable QBCC Financial Category
