The City of Sydney has engaged Ventia Pty Ltd to undertake essential services and critical maintenance to all City of Sydney properties, including Lift Services Maintenance.

We are currently looking for sub-contractors to maintain 98 assets across 3 precincts in the portfolio from February 2024- February 2026 for both Planned and Corrective maintenance.

Prices MUST reflect the delivery of requirements in the attached job plan and subcontractors are NOT to provide another solution.

Furthermore, we have attached our standard Minor FM Service Contract template and Subcontractor Manual for your reference.
