Council seeks expressions of interest regarding the purchase and development of land at 7 Walker Street, Whitemark (PID 6427160). The land is conveniently located within an ideal distance to the MPC and Whitemark facilities and lends itself to use and development associated with the need for housing to support the Community’s ageing population.
