Barunga West Council (the Council) invites Tenders for the provision of construction of civil works in Grace Harwar Drive, Port Broughton (the Works). The Council will enter into a Works Contract with the successful Tenderer.

Council is negotiating the purchase of land at Grace Harwar Drive in Port Broughton that is contained within the Neighbourhood Zone as defined on the SAPPA Interactive Property Atlas and is therefore appropriately zoned for further residential development.

The land is defined as Allotment 1012, Hundred of Mundoora and contained within the Certificate of Title Volume 6275 Folio 651 and a proposed plan of division has been developed to be constructed in 2 Stages (see Plan of Division – Stages 3 and 4).

Stages 1 and 2 have been constructed with many of the allotments containing a dwelling and associated outbuilding(s). Stages 3 and 4 form part of this project and the scope of works requires the extension of Grace Harwar Drive, kerb and watertable, stormwater infrastructure, extension of the existing Community Wastewater Management System (CWMS) including connections to the 18 allotments forming Stages 3 and 4 along with the extension of the existing water main and connections to each of the allotments.
