Request of Information are invited for the provision of leased office accommodation for 800m2 ground floor NLA suitable for customer service delivery. The agency may consider NLA plus or minus 10% at their discretion
Site must be located within Shellharbour NSW or surrounding localities as depicted on the attached Location Map.
Close to commercial and retail precincts with good access to public transport and car parking.
Preference for a seven (7) year lease term, with two (2) options of three (3) years each.
Lease commencement date no later than 1 September 2025.
Minimum Grade 'A' office building design based on 'A Guide to Office Building Quality' (Property Council of Australia 2019).
Up to three (3) secure car parking bays including dedicated EV charging stations.
Building classification to be suitable for office accommodation including customer service delivery.
