Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for Lift Equipment Servicing.

The works comprise the provision of all materials, labour, transport, tools, plant, applications, payment of fees and everything else necessary for the recurrent and ad hoc servicing of elevator and vertical transport equipment to various Council owned buildings.

A pre-tender meeting will be held at Council's administration building, 31 Victor St, Chatswood, commencing at 10am on Wednesday 12 December 2023. All prospective Tenderers are advised to attend the pre-tender meeting.

Tenders are to be submitted online at: (see option below) - OR - within a sealed envelope endorsed:

"The Chief Executive Officer

LIFT EQUIPMENT SERVICING"

and shall be placed in the Tender Box located on the Ground Floor, 31 Victor Street, Chatswood 2067, so as to be received in full prior to: 11am Wednesday 20 December 2023.

Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
