Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for recurrent servicing and repairs of fire safety equipment. Work will include perform routine maintenance and repairing of fire protection systems and equipment in accordance with relevant Australian Standards

Tender Documents which contain essential information and submission schedules may be obtained from (see option below) free of charge.

A pre-tender meeting will be held on Friday 8 December at The Concourse at 10am followed by Council's Works Depot at 11:30am. All prospective Tenderers are advised to attend the pre-tender meeting.

Tenders are to be submitted online at: (see option below) - OR - within a sealed envelope endorsed:

"The Chief Executive Officer

T10-2023 RECURRENT SERVICING AND REPAIRS OF FIRE SAFETY EQUIPMENT"

and shall be placed in the Tender Box located on the Ground Floor, 31 Victor Street, Chatswood 2067, so as to be received in full prior to: 11am Wednesday 20 December 2023.

Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
