The council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for Handyman and Multi-trades Services to various Council-owned properties.

The works comprise the provision of all materials, labor, transport, tools, plant, applications, payment of fees, and everything else necessary for the provision of handyman and multi-trade services to various Council-owned properties.

Up to three (3) service providers shall be selected for appointment to a panel, who will be invited to provide quotations for maintenance and capital works with project values up to $250,000 as they arise. The Contract will be for a period of 3 years with further 2 x 1-year options to extend each at Council's absolute discretion.

Tenders are to be submitted online at: (see option below) - OR - within a sealed envelope endorsed:

and shall be placed in the Tender Box located on the Ground Floor, 31 Victor Street, Chatswood 2067, to be received in full before 11 am Wednesday 20 December 2023.

Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
