South Regional TAFE aims to provide its staff, students and visitors with a high-quality garden environment that is both safe and pleasant. This Request specifies the requirement for a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide mowing, gardening and grounds maintenance services to most areas of the Albany Campus. The Contractor will be expected to consolidate and enhance the beautification gains made by the Customer in the areas covered by the Contract. Although South Regional TAFE operates on a fifty-week year, a year-round service must be provided.
