On behalf of Mantiyupwi Pty Ltd, Ashford Lamaya Architects is inviting Expressions of Interests from experienced and locally-based Contractors to construct a single storey community facility, which includes 2 x Community buildings and 2 x Accommodation buildings, in Wurrumiyanga, NT (Bathurst Island).

The top 3 successful applicants will be provided with a full tender documentation package by mid December 2023, with an 8 week tender period. Construction is anticipated to commence by April 2024.
