Tender Description
Transport for NSW is inviting suitably experienced, qualified, and accredited Contractors to participate in the tender process for the Minor Physical Works and Services Contract for intersection upgrade in Rouse Hill.
Tenders are invited from pre-qualified contractors with Transport for NSW under the National Prequalification Scheme (dated 10th August 2023) with mandatory levels of F2 (Financial) and R2 (Roadworks) to undertake intersection upgrade works. This work consists of lane widening, pavement construction, line marking, median and kerb modification, TCS and utility adjustments.
Prospective tenderers will need to complete, sign, and return the confidentiality deed (in accordance with the instructions in that deed) to vladimir.khlopovskikh3@transport.nsw.gov.au by COB Friday, 8th December 2023 prior to being given the passcode to access the Request for Tender documents.
All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.
All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement.
