The City of Vincent is responsible to maintain services and infrastructure, both vested and unvested, within its Local Government area in accordance with the Local Government Act 1995.

The City requires the engagement of skilled, qualified, licenced Plumbing and Gas Contractor to supply materials, labour undertake necessary preventative and reactive plumbing maintenance services in a timely, proactive, and professional service.

The contracted Plumbing and Gas contractor will also have the opportunity to provide labour and equipment for specific minor projects including new installations, identified renewal and upgrades of plumbing and gas services, capped at $20,000 per individual scope of works/project.
