Potential tenderers are to submit a capability statement for a 40 Lot subdivision indicating ability to complete clearing and earthworks, retaining walls, sewer reticulation, stormwater drainage, water and gas reticulation, roadworks, power and communications reticulation. It should also show competency working in clay sites.
Capability to include examples of work of similar nature & magnitude. Max 10 Pages
Tenderers will be shortlisted to provide a price for the works and enter into a Schedule of Rates valid for a 12-month period.
