Tender Description
CEQ is seeking an arrangement with a suitable primary carrier and secondary carriers for the provision of Sea Freight services across all of its Locations in Far North Queensland. The current requirements cover;
(1) Sea freight (Figure 1) to all current locations (Table 1) that is likely to grow in numbers during the entire 10 Year contract term.

1. Fruit & Vegetables
2. Fish, Meat & Dairy
3. Frozen Foods
4. Grocery
5. General Merchandise
ii. Other Essentials
1. Household Furniture
2. Electrical
3. Whitegoods, and;
4. Hardware
(2) Fuel delivery and decanting
(3) Service Desk
(4) Service Level Reporting and SLA
(5) Account and Governance Management
(6) Equipment preventative maintenance
(7) Adherence to Queensland State Supplier Code of Conduct
(8) Indigenous Development Plan Delivery
(9) Indigenous Development Plan Implementation
