This is a Measure and Value Contract and comprises the supply of all materials, labour and plant to carry out the Upper City Councils Annual Chipseal Programme for the 2023/24 period.
The Reseal Program consists of approximately 67,000m² of Reseals across the Upper Hutt City Council network.
