Mine Rehabilitation Portal Redevelopment – ServiceNow Integration
This RFT call for responses to provide integration of validation and geospatial Mine Rehabilitation Portal components with ServiceNow applications in use by the NSW Resources Regulator ie. external facing Resources Regulator Portal and internal facing Activity Compliance and Enforcement System (ACES).
The integration will need to:
- support submission of geospatial data and Rehabilitation Cost Estimate data to the portal
- use existing ServiceNow authentication protocols
- let users submit, amend and resubmit data and notify users of the status of their submission
- Allow querying of the data by internal Resources Regulator staff
- Support reporting of disturbance and rehabilitation activities.
Support for User Acceptance Testing and development of Automated Test Cases / data is also required.
