Harmony Gold invites your organization to provide an Expression of Interest for the Fit Out, Establishment & Operation of Onsite Laboratory for the Eva Copper Project located 75km North of Cloncurry, Queensland.
The project requires a suitably qualified Engineering Services provider to provide Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Engineering, Procurement, and construction (EPC) services for the >12.6Mtpa Copper Concentrator.
This FEED scope follows on from existing design work and is limited to the concentrator and non-process infrastructure across the following disciplines:
a) Metallurgical and process engineering
b) Mechanical
c) Civil
d) Structural
e) Electrical
f) Piping
g) Instrumentation and controls
The Eva Copper project has incumbent geotechnical, environmental and other consultants that are likely required to be interacted with during an engagement.
The following functions are required to be performed by the final selected bidder throughout the FEED and EPC phases:
a) Procuring of vendor data
b) Establishment of head contract and sub-contracts
c) Development of WBS, package list, schedules and reporting that integrates into Eva’s master budget and schedule
d) Construction and commissioning planning
e) Project management
f) Project execution planning for EPC services
g) Project controls
h) Cost control
i) Estimating
j) Document control and information management
