Barwon Coast Committee of Management invites all interested parties to provide an Expression of Interest for licences to conduct Water based human powered activities at designated sites at Ocean Grove, the Barwon River, 13th Beach and Breamlea Beach Bancoora

These activities include instruction and organised groups for surfing, sea kayaking, kayaking, canoeing, stand up paddle boarding and similar activities, and the non exclusive hiring of craft and equipment for such activities
