The project is a design and construct project including design, supply, installation and testing, and is intended that all existing equipment will remain operable through the project, with the new boards co-located with the existing boards. The project includes the upgrade of the Building Management System (BMS) controls and cabling, the disconnection, relocation, extension and reconnection of existing fire-rated submains, as well the power and control cabling to all equipment connected to the boards.

Any response that does not meet the following Mandatory Conditions for Participation will be excluded from consideration:

• All tender submissions must contain the name of the manufacturer for the proposed switchboards.
• All tender submissions must contain a delivery program which details, but is not limited, to the following:
• Shop drawings including control schematics;
• Delivery timeframe for proposed MCCs.
• Tenderers who do not attend the site inspection will be excluded from consideration.
