This request for Tender is for the management and operation of two Council owned public aquatic facilities for a period of three (3) years with a further two (2) by two (2) year maximum options by agreement between both parties. The options are at the sole discretion of the Council.

The two aquatic facilities are:

1. Inverell Aquatic Centre - 69 Evens Street Inverell NSW 2360

2. Ashford Swimming Pool - 36 Bala Street, Ashford NSW 2360

Section D of the tender package includes site plans.

It is Inverell Shire Council's aim to ensure that the aquatic facilities are managed and operated at a high standard to provide a safe, clean and fun environment for the community. It is anticipated that an experienced Contractor will provide the necessary skills and expertise to operate the facilities efficiently and in a cost effective manner through identifying and implementing programming opportunities that will increase participation and enhance community wellbeing.
