Council is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Contractors for the construction of an 11 Lot Industrial Subdivision.

The site is located approx. 400m East of the Albion Street and Lowes Mount Road Intersection. The roadworks involve a 330m extension of Maher Drive and 80m extension of Hawken Street. The installation of all utility services to each of the 11 Lots.

All plant, equipment, labour and materials required for the construction will be supplied by the successful Tenderer as part of the Contract. It is important that all infrastructures is constructed to Oberon Council’s Civil Construction Standard and provides long-term functionality.

The construction works associated with this project shall be completed on time, within budget and without incidents.
