The South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified organisation to provide professional property and leasing consultancy services. The service is to be provided to all SMHS sites (excluding Fiona Stanley Hospital) and include, but is not limited to, property and leasing activities including projects of a complex and sensitive nature as required.
