Tender Description

Mildura Regional Development is seeking expressions of interest for the following contract opportunities for delivery of the Trail of Lights project:

Electrical

  •  Supply, assembly and installation of solar control box and supplied light projectors
  •  Design, supply and install; two small off grid solar systems, lighting to main walking track, solar lighting to exhibition area walking track, road solar lighting and shuttle termination drop off, solar carpark lighting bollard solution •
  • Commissioning and hand over

Civil Works

  • Construction of unsealed hardstand car park with fencing
  •  Refurbishment of 1.9km of existing walking trails Construction of a graded and compacted gravel viewing area
  •  Upgrade of 1.3km of maintenance track with turn around area



The project is a brand-new attraction planned for the Mildura region, featuring a large-scale (approximately 15ha) immersive light installation by internationally renowned artist Bruce Munro.
