Bellarine Bayside Foreshore Committee of Management invite you to supply a lump sum price to design and construct the Changing Places and public amenity building on the Foreshore in Portarlington.
Portarlington is on the Bellarine Peninsula within the City of Greater Geelong approximately 2hrs from Melbourne, Victoria.
For the Changing Places room the design and construction detail is already determined as described in the Changing Places Specification.
The Amenity building requires referring to the Specification and Schematic Plan to understand Bellarine Baysides requirements.
CONFORMING SUBMISSION
Your conforming submission will require the following documents;
a. The schedule of rates attached with a lump sum price conforming to the specification
b. Front letter including a brief methodology, any exclusions, project risks or value add suggestions
c. Examples of similar type work
d. Referee from projects of similar type and/or value
e. Evidence of your public liability, OH&S Plan and other certifications
