The Western NSW Primary Health Network (WNSW PHN) is seeking suitable qualified and experienced service providers to design and run a Head to Health Centre in Dubbo and an additional satellite in Bathurst.

The model of service will address key gaps in the health system. The service will provide and connect people to the right support when and where it is needed. This will include immediate support for people in crisis, timely access to short term support to meet immediate mental health needs, help to access local support and provide information, navigation and referral for people seeking mental health support.

The physical environment of the sites should be calm, safe, friendly, and welcoming to individuals experiencing emotional or psychological distress and include family and carers who support them. The site should be able to be accesses seven days a week and after hours.

The WNSW PHN is looking for a single service provider that can deliver all the service requirements of the Head to Health program within budget and timeframe.

All potential service providers that meet all the qualifications that aren't successful, will be offered pre-selection for other Head to Health tenders in our area.
