The Mulgoa Valley Landcare Group Inc invites suitably qualified and experienced Bush Regenerators to tender for a one-year contract to provide bush regeneration and erosion management measures at 10 locations along Mulgoa Creek within the Penrith LGA. There will be an option to extend this contract for a further two years pending delivery of satisfactory outcomes during the first year of this three-year project.

Our goal is the restoration of key areas along Mulgoa Creek to restore healthy riparian vegetation and improve the diversity of invertebrates and water-bugs contributing to improved conditions for our local platypus population. Erosion control will not require the installation of rocks, rather the use of jute matting and revegetation.

This project is funded by the NSW Government’s Western Sydney Infrastructure Grants Program.
