Tender Description
Ambulance Victoria (AV) is seeking to contract with a service provider to provide 24/7 Confidential Telephone Counselling Support.
From the tendering process, AV proposes to appoint a Contractor for an initial contract term of three years with an option for further extension by AV of up to two years (2 x 12 months).
The service commencement date for the proposed contract is 1 July 2024.
