This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Australian Non-Admitted Patient Classification project.
The current classification for non-admitted care is the Tier 2 Non-Admitted Care Services Classification. This is a clinic-based classification where all non-admitted patient service events are reported against the specific non-admitted clinic that provides the care.
IHACPA commenced work to develop a new classification to replace Tier 2. The ANAP Project third party Vendor has provided a POC on the feasibility of utilising a data model to securely and ethically extract required data items from state and territory electronic medical record systems (eMRs) and link this to costing data.
The potential Seller will provide a cybersecurity risk assessment and advice on the Australian Non-Admitted Patient Classification project, POC security design review of the Cloud Architecture & Data Flow to ingest data into the SDMS and the 2 proposed Natural language processing (NLP) tools to be used, based on the Buyers Risk management Framework ( provided).
